Car Groomer And Car Detailer

We require three reliable and motivated persons to join our car grooming team in Christchurch.

Key duties may include:

· Interior and exterior grooming

· Customer Service

· Buffing

· Following detailed instructions

· clean door jambs, rubber seals, and plastic work

· clean the vehicle's exterior, including wheels, mudflaps and bumpers

· steam-clean the engine, boot, door sills and outside of the vehicle

· remove surface scratches on bodywork

· shift and position vehicles

· pick up and drop off vehicles

· perform basic mechanical checks such as water, oil and tyre pressure.

· Detailing vehicles to a high standard

· Working collaboratively with the broader business

The ideal candidate for this position should be:

· Able to pass pre employment drug and criminal check if required

· Will be a positive team player and have a willingness to learn

· Will be organised and reliable with a solid commitment to work

· Previous experience in a similar role considered advantageous

· Physically fit

· Completed high school

· Clean car license or overseas equivalent

Minimum 30 hours a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability
