Car Sales Executive

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information about available car models, features, and pricing
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure smooth sales processes
• Cold call potential customers to generate leads and expand the customer base
• Manage inventory control to ensure availability of desired car models
• Capture high-quality photographs of vehicles for website listings and online marketing purposes

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills to manage customer records and follow-up activities
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing and financing calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus
