Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Work closely with the finance team to facilitate customer transactions.

Assist with vehicle handover and basic after-sales support.

Handle enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Manage and update the dealership's website and sales system.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.

Work as part of a team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Previous car sales experience (minimum 2 years required).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Experience in computer software.

Hold a full clean driving licence.

Flexibility and adaptability while working in a fast-paced environment
