What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same.

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering a top-class customer experience
• Organising and conducting test drives
• Explaining vehicle features, finance options, and offers in a clear, friendly way
• Closing deals and celebrating your wins
• Building long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Generating your own leads through follow-ups, social media, and creative ideas
• Working closely with your Sales Manager and teammates to hit and exceed targets
• Staying up to date with models, technology, and industry trends

• A passion for cars
• A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
• Target-driven and motivated by results and rewards
• A positive, go-getter mindset
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, or the desire to learn them
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media
• Full clean driver’s licence is essential

Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential.
