The Care Coordinator role at Everlab involves being the key link between members and the Everlab team, ensuring members feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their health optimization journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing medical operations such as retrieving diagnostics results, preparing reports, and troubleshooting system or data issues.
- Scheduling appointments, following up on test results, and liaising with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure timely, appropriate care for members.
- Proactively seeking member feedback to identify and advocate for improvements in the member experience.
- Handling weekend coverage remotely with some weekday in-office presence in Sydney or Melbourne, or fully remote for other locations.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex information empathetically, proficiency with operational tools, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Candidates with health sciences backgrounds or clinical experience are preferred but not required.
