Your Role

You’ll provide in-home and facility-based support that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, washing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Overnight or respite care for families
• Patient attendant services in hospitals and facilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Clear Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
• CPR/First Aid Certification (within 3 months of hire)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• Current Nursing or RCW students
• CCA/PSW
• Students enrolled in healthcare disciplines
• Experienced caregivers (professional or informal training)
• Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs)
• Retired nurses

Pay and Employment Details

Salary: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts — 4 to 12 hours depending on client needs

Choose shifts that fit your life — days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.

Whether you want full-time hours or just a few shifts a week, we’ll work with you.

Hours per week: 12 – 48 (based on availability)
