Carpenter

We design and build custom homes and renovations across Prince George. We do great work, we treat people right, and we're growing. We have several openings throughout our organization. We are looking for dynamic team members who will commit to top notch work done effectively and efficiently. You enjoy physical labour and bring good energy and positivity to the field.

We are seeking a very experienced Carpenter who can lead a small crew or work on their own. You will report to and take direction from the Director of Operations. You are self-directed and know how to keep the job, yourself, and a crew moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Foundations, framing, demo, siding, finishing, shovelling gravel, sweeping and more

• Mentor 1–3 carpenters and helpers

• Read drawings, maintain quality control, and flag issues early

• Complete daily site logs and communicate progress with the Director of Operations

• Represent BDH professionally — clients are on site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Red Seal Carpenter or equivalent

• 5+ years residential construction

• Crew leadership experience preferred

• Reliable, accountable, self-directed

• Valid Class 5 license and clean abstract

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
