Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction techniques and be proficient in various carpentry tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Duties

• Construct, install, and repair structures such as cabinets, framing, roofing, and other wooden fixtures.
• Perform masonry work as needed to support construction projects.
• Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square according to project requirements.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely throughout the workday.
• Apply caulking and finishing touches to completed projects for a polished appearance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience with cabinet installation and other custom woodworking projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete techniques is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing during work hours.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on job site locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
