Carpenter - Attic Conversions

Requirements for the Role:
● Qualified carpenter or have a minimum of 5+ years experience working as a carpenter.
● Hold a full clean Irish driver's license.
● Ability to self motivate and a desire to “Get stuck in” to the work at hand.
● Honest, reliable, trustworthy individual.
● Have experience working on similar residential projects. (Eg. attic conversions,
extensions or garden homes)
● Possess the ability to work to deadlines.
The Role:
● Completing demo works (realtering roof structure) to prepare property for attic conversion.
● You will be required to take part in all aspects of residential Carpentry. Completing
first fix, such as roof structures, installation of floor joists and installation of roof lights. Completing second fix such as installation of timber floors, hanging doors, architrave and skirting etc.
● Installation of structural steel beams and timber stud walls and plasterboard.
● Measuring and installing timber stairs.
● Liaising with in-house technicians.
● Ensure a safe working environment while maintaining the high level of quality
workmanship required in The Attic Man.
● Ensuring the completion of each project to a high standard.

• Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
