About the Role

Equisol Homes LLC is hiring 1–2 full-time Carpenter/Helper/Laborers to join our team. We are a residential home services company that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are open to candidates at various experience levels — what matters most is your work ethic, your willingness to learn, and your reliability.

Responsibilities

Assist with carpentry, repair, and general construction tasks

Read tape measures and execute basic cuts using various power tools

Follow project instructions and maintain quality workmanship throughout

Operate power tools safely and correctly

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (required)

Ability to read a tape measure and make basic cuts with power tools

Some prior carpentry, construction, or general labor experience

Keen attention to detail

Strong aptitude to learn and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Personal tools — tool belt, hand tools, and basic equipment

Additional trade or construction experience

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position

Starting pay: $18–$22/hr, based on experience

Clear path to higher pay as skills and reliability are demonstrated

Tool support: We maintain an extensive tool inventory. As you prove your value to the team, we will assist in building out your personal toolkit
