Case Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vietnamese-speaking Personal Injury Case Manager to handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role is critical to client communication, medical management, and insurance coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a full PI caseload.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking clients
• Conduct client intakes and ongoing case updates
• Manage medical treatment coordination (providers, records, bills)
• Request and organize medical records and billing
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and status
• Track treatment progress, liens, and settlement demands
• Assist attorneys with demand packages and case documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
• Personal injury case management experience required
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation PI workflow
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Georgia personal injury cases
• Familiarity with PI case management software
• Medical terminology and billing knowledge
• Experience working directly with Vietnamese client communities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
