Cashier

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Accurately process payments (cash, card, and QR payment) and handle discounts.
• Perform cash counts at the start and end of shifts and maintain a balanced drawer.
• Manage phone inquiries, take bookings, and coordinate large party arrivals.
• Assist with clearing (bussing) tables and resetting stations to ensure a fast turnaround for new guests.
• Perform "side work" such as polishing cutlery or folding napkins.
• Support the dining satff by delivering orders or refills during high-volume periods when not stationed at the register.
• Providing seamless handovers to the next shift lead regarding open tabs or guest requests.
• Accurately write out guest bills, including itemized prices, sub-totals, and applicable taxes or discounts.
• Ensuring all handwritten receipts are clear for both the guest and the accounting team.
• Keeping manual receipts and cash neatly organized to prevent loss of documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willing to undergo training and work under pressure.
• Honest, hardworking and must have a pleasing personality.
• Atleast 5'6 in height for males and 5'4 for females.
• Any four (4) years courses or under grad with or without experience
• Willing to relocate to the following branches; Rustica San Rafael, Tarlac City Branch Rustica San Juan, Concepcion Tarlac Branch Rustica San Fernando, Pampanga Branch Rustica Angeles City, Pampanga Branch Rustica Cabanatuan Branch
