JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting ongoing offers.
• Process customer transactions accurately using various payment methods in accordance with company policies.
• Manage cash operations, ensuring accuracy, proper handling, and timely remittance of collections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of high school or senior high school
• Customer service-oriented
• Proficient in POS systems
• Open to a shifting schedule
