Cashier, Stocking

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are accounted for.
• Stock shelves with products in an organized manner, following company guidelines for product placement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about products.
• Operate forklifts safely to move heavy items when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking processes.
• Perform cashiering duties as needed, including handling transactions accurately.
• Help with Kitchen Applications.
• Load and unload orders as required.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory levels and stock needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts is advantageous; training may be provided if necessary.
• A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Pay: $17.15-$19.65 per year
