Cashier/Barista (Sm Aura, Taguig)

Job Description:

• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
• Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard
• Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company standards
• Adheres company code of conduct
• Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees
• Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior
• Experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant
• Must be knowledgeable in traditional coffee brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, French press, siphon, espresso extraction)
• At least 1 year of experience in a café or food & beverage setting preferred
• Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, grind size, and flavor profiles
• Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing techniques and menu items
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
• Willing to work at SM Aura, Taguig
• Willing to work ASAP
