Cashier/Counter Person

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or Aloha POS system
- Warming up slices in pizza ovens, cutting pizzas, and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the counter area and dining area
- Making pizza boxes, organizing tickets and assembling orders accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional products or promotions to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
