We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging sales through effective upselling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring that all merchandise is well-stocked and displayed.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product promotions, features, and inventory to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
