Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate change is given.
• Promote and upsell products to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.

Skills

• Proficient in cash register operations with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a customer-focused
