Cashier/Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at The Magic Castle. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service while managing transactions. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for families visiting our center. High School students encouraged to apply. Great first job! Must be at least 16 years old. Must be available Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and transactions.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during sales.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.
• Restock merchandise as needed to ensure shelves are well-organized and stocked.
• Assist in managing the flow of customers during peak times to enhance their experience.
• Provide information about promotions, events, and activities within the center.
