What you’ll do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure product availability while monitoring inventory levels.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Supervising experience is beneficial for potential leadership opportunities within the team.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management.
