Cashiering Supervisor - Robinsons Easymart San Nicolas (Soon To Open)

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing daily cashier operations and resolving customer complaints or escalated issues
• Responsible for supervising, coaching and training cashiers on following the standard operations procedures
• Performs balancing store funds vs sales

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Supervisor specializing in cashiering functions or its equivalent
• Must have above average communication and leadership skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must be keen to details
• Has the ability to adapt on a fast-paced work environment
• Must possess the values of integrity and good stewardship
• Must be willing to be assigned at Robinsons Easymart San Nicolas II
• Store Address: Camella East Subd., San Nicolas 2, Molino-Rd., Bacoor, Cavite
