About the Role

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll support day-to-day store operations while providing personalised styling advice and outstanding customer service.

This role offers flexible casual hours across a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and styling support

Build genuine connections with customers to drive sales

Support the team in achieving store targets and KPIs

Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and VM standards

Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards

Operate POS and support daily store operations

Follow all WHS, compliance, and brand standards

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You’re passionate about people, presentation, and premium service.

You’ll bring:
Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred but not essential)

A friendly, confident, and professional approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A willingness to learn and grow within the business

Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods

A genuine interest in fashion, menswear, or styling
