Catering And Events Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Catering and Events Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of catering services and event planning. From weddings and corporate functions to private parties and large-scale events, you'll ensure each occasion is executed flawlessly, exceeding client expectations while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event planning and catering operations
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements
• Develop customized menus in collaboration with the culinary team
• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and external partners
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring quality and service excellence
• Manage event budgets, contracts, and invoicing
• Hire, train, and supervise catering staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management (5+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficient in event planning
• Food Safety Certification is a plus
