What You'll Do

• Execute the evening service flow from tray service to final cleanup
• Manage the dishwashing station efficiently to clear the day's service
• Handle essential food preparation tasks to support the culinary team
• Ensure the kitchen is reset and sparkling ready for the morning crew

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• You hold a current NSW Working With Children Check or can obtain one
• You value punctuality and can commit to the 4:00pm start time
• You are self-reliant and prefer working in a role with clear independent tasks
• You are physically capable of staying active for the full 4.5-hour shift
