Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead our Indian Fusion catering sales initiatives and drive business growth. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and expanding our presence in the catering and event planning industry. Your expertise in outside sales, business development, and territory management will be essential to achieving sales targets and elevating our brand reputation. Duties
- Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and lead generation activities
- Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients, conducting product demos, and closing B2B sales deals
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to secure catering agreements that meet client needs while achieving revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze market trends
- Conduct territory management by analyzing market data, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding our reach within the region
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the hospitality, retail, or event planning industries
- Strong management skills with a track record of leading sales teams or managing key accounts effectively
- Expertise in business development strategies, lead generation techniques, and territory management
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and upsell additional services or products
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans for territory growth
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships
