Cda / Dental Assistant ( 1 Year Experience Monday -Tuesday )

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Experience with dental software , as well as familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology, will be highly valued. Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures,
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Manage patient records accurately using dental software
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as a dental receptionist when needed
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions

Experience

• Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, with knowledge of dental procedures and patient management
• Familiarity with dental software systems is highly desirable
• Experience working with orthodontics, pediatrics, or in a medical setting is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry enhances patient communication skills
• Certification or training in dental assisting is advantageous;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
