Certified Dental Assistant (Cda)

We are seeking Cerified Dental Assistants to join our team for Thursdays ,Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare services to patients.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs

- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices

Requirements

- Certification from a Canadian accredited dental assistant program

- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and four-handed dentistry is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
