Personal Trainer – LA Fitness Pershing

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

About the Role

LA Fitness Pershing is hiring motivated, certified Personal Trainers to join our team. You will work directly with members to design individualized fitness programs, drive results, and build lasting client relationships in a high-energy club environment. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential — the more clients you build, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs

- Actively prospect and convert new personal training clients on the floor

- Meet personal training session and revenue goals

- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment

- Provide exceptional member experience and consistent client follow-up

- Collaborate with club management and the Personal Training Director

Requirements

- Nationally accredited personal training certification is required

- Accepted certifications: NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NSCA

- Current CPR/AED certification

- Proven ability to build and retain a client base

- Strong communication and motivational skills

- Reliable, professional, and punctual

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
