The role
As a Channel Sales Manager – CCT, you are responsible for revenue growth through partners and system integrators, high-touch prospecting is expected and required. You will lead complex, high-value sales opportunities using structured, high-touch sales motions in close collaboration with partners and internal Cyviz teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit partners and resellers in the chosen market
- Drive revenue growth for Cyviz Core Technology (CCT) through a partner-led, indirect sales model
- Own target, pipeline generation, forecasting of the designated region
- Develop and execute partner-centric account and opportunity plans
- High-touch sales motions required even if fulfillment is through the partner network
- Lead complex sales opportunities involving executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders
Preferred requirements
- Senior enterprise B2B sales experience with a strong track record in complex, high-value deals
- Proven success selling through partners, system integrators, or hybrid go-to-market models
- Experience with engaging senior customer stakeholders, including executive, technical, and procurement audiences
- Strong commercial capability, including opportunity ownership, deal structuring, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, technical, and partner teams
- Experience working with CRM systems
- MEDDPIC sales methodology experience or similar preferred
- Have experience in the interface of AV/UC and Networking
Your background
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong ability to drive complex opportunities from early engagement through to close.
You are comfortable operating in partner-led sales environments, balancing collaboration with partners while maintaining clear commercial ownership and accountability.
You bring a structured, disciplined sales approach and are credible in senior-level customer engagements.
You are motivated by building sustainable, scalable revenue through long-term customer and partner relationships.
You thrive in roles that are hands-on and are comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations for professionalism and delivery.
You have a track record of having excelled in selling AV/UC/Networks
Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
