You will be joining a tight-knit and professional crew working with owners who are polite, well-educated and genuinely considerate. The owner places a strong emphasis on crew wellbeing and comfort, which is reflected in the way the program is run.
The itinerary over the coming years is extensive and adventurous. Spring 2026 the yacht will be based in Palma, followed by cruising in the Baltic until the end of the summer season. Winter 2026 will be spent in Palma for a shipyard period. All crew will be staying ashore.
In May 2027 the program moves to the US East Coast for sporadic day sailing, primarily around Newport. From July onwards the expedition itinerary begins, including Newfoundland, the Northwest Passage and Greenland. Looking further ahead, plans for 2028 and 2029 include Alaska, French Polynesia, New Zealand and Antarctica.
The ideal candidate will be active and sporty, with a holistic and health-conscious approach to food where possible, and a strong understanding of varied, high-quality cuisine. This position would suit a chef seeking a long-term role within a stable, well-run and genuinely crew-focused program.
