Overview
Tilly Market Cafe is growing and searching for the right individual to grow with us. We are a busy coffee shop cafe offering a healthier style menu, (acai bowls, grain bowls, craft sandwiches) As we get into Spring we will resume our evening hours with the Tilly Twilight menu where things get a bit more elevated, charcutterrie, mezze plates, flat breads, street tacos, tapas. This position will take charge of our production and be involved with development of specials, and new menu items.

• Passion for food and preparing honest, clean, healthy food.
• Following trends locally and nationally
• Strong Work ethic, able to work both as part of a team and be individually driven to excel.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards for all dining occasions, including catering events
• Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize food costs while maintaining freshness and quality
• Enforce strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across the kitchen
• Proven experience in restaurant environment with a strong background in food production, catering, or restaurant management

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
