You will be responsible for managing your assigned section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency during preparation and service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, hot section, robata, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• English proficiency
• Willingness to relocate
