Job Summary

We’re looking for a growth-minded Chef Manager to help shape the future of our expanding food service operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee P&L responsibilities with an eye for contract-managed service operations
- Develop creative, cost-effective menus that highlight local and sustainable ingredients
- Maintain rigorous cost controls, purchasing standards, and inventory systems
- Champion sustainability initiatives across the kitchen and service environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a restaurant environment with solid purchasing and inventory control
- Deep understanding of food and catering trends—quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and exceptional presentation
- Proven catering experience to execute and lead high-level catered events
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- ServSafe certification a strong plus
