Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a commitment to food safety. Experience cooking with a wok is encouraged but not required. Serious applicants only!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Engage in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catering events and banquets.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes served.
  • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in special events, catering functions, and fine dining experiences as needed.
  • Familiarity with knife and prep techniques preferred.

Key Character Traits:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen management.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively.
  • Experience with banquet service and managing large-scale catering events is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fine dining standards and high-quality food preparation techniques.
  • Consistently deliver perform with quality and cleanliness in mind.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and incorporate them ongoing
