Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries. Experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and any incidents.
• Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including moving inventory and operating forklifts.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in roles involving moving and heavy lifting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to lift heavy items regularly and work in varying weather conditions.
