Who We Are
We are a global AI-powered technology and services group operating multiple brands across health, wellbeing, and performance. We’re AI-first, outcome-obsessed, automation-heavy, and scale through tight systems, high standards, and radical transparency.
The Role – Chief Operations Officer (COO)
We’re hiring a COO to architect and run the front-end plumbing of the business: operating model & OKRs, RevOps alignment, service management, platform architecture (CRM/CX/billing/support/data), vendor strategy, security & compliance readiness, and the seamless integration of new funnels, programs, and products into our ecosystem.
You’ll build interoperable operations across brands, unify tooling and data, and drive speed, safety, and efficiency in a way that feels “set-and-scale.”
Who You Are
A high-agency operator with deep experience in AI/tech services who:
- Translates strategy into quantified, trackable OKRs/KPIs and consistently delivers.
- Has shipped RevOps and service-management programs (lean ITIL 4 practices, not bureaucracy).
- Understands DORA/Accelerate metrics and partners with Product/Engineering to improve flow.
- Is fluent in security & compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk.
- Designs for interoperability and shared services across brands, not silos.
- Communicates crisply at the exec table and dives deep with operators when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the company operating cadence (OKRs/QBRs/MBRs), dashboards, and variance management. Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM Marketing Ops Success/Support
- Billing & Collections).
- Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4 lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem, SLAs).
- Institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics with real-time visibility.
- Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Define vendor strategy, negotiate commercials, consolidate tools, and control unit costs. Ensure every new funnel, program, or product integrates cleanly into the architecture (intake design test launch
- hypercare). Build a high-performing operations org (RevOps, ServiceOps, Data, Automation) that supports all brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven success in building and scaling operational models, RevOps frameworks, and service management programs.
- Strong knowledge of security & compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CX, billing, support, and automation platforms.
- Expertise in implementing OKRs, KPIs, ITIL 4 lite practices, and DORA/Accelerate metrics.
- Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with crisp executive communication.
Benefits
- Base Salary: USD $4,500 – $7,500 per month.
- Performance Incentives: USD $1,500 – $3,000 per month tied to KPI over-performance.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $6,000 – $10,500 per month.
- Equity or long-term incentive plan negotiable for the right candidate.
Corporate Culture & Work Ethos
We foster a culture of innovation, performance, and purpose. Success is measured by outcomes, and we thrive in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. Transparency, collaboration, and high standards guide how we work, while our mission is to use technology for good, advancing health, well-being, education, and human performance.
