Chief Operations Officer (Coo) - Banking

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our company’s operational activities. The COO will play a key role in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring the efficiency of internal and external processes, and helping the company achieve its long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business and administrative operations, enhancing operational procedures for optimal efficiency.
• Assess and improve internal and external operational processes.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and organizational goals.
• Ensure marketing strategies effectively target the right audience.
• Mentor and inspire employees to align with the company's vision.
• Establish policies that promote the company’s culture and vision.
• Evaluate company performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to raise capital and drive business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of finance, sales, human resources, and overall company operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and sales.
