Chief Technology Officer (Cto)

Job Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Technical Leadership

o Develop and implement the group’s AI technology vision; lead the evolution

of AI infrastructure (computing power/models/algorithm platforms).

o Drive the industrial application of cutting-edge technologies like large

language models and generative AI in marketing scenarios.

o Establish a group-level AI innovation mechanism. Use an MLOps system to

create a closed loop from algorithm R&D to deployment and iteration,

ensuring technological leadership translates into business growth.

2. Global Tech Team Building & Management

o Build a Silicon Valley–standard AI R&D team from the ground up.

o Create a cross-functional matrix of “Tech Scientists (AI/ML) + Engineering

Experts (MLOps) + Product Architects.”

o Prioritize recruiting top talent from major global tech companies (e.g., Google,

Meta, Amazon).

3. AI Product Commercialization & Global Expansion

o Lead the design of core modules for AI-powered marketing tools (e.g.,

generative ad creative engines, AI-driven livestreaming tools, cross-border

user behavior prediction systems).

o Use LLMs and multimodal technologies to overcome traditional marketing

bottlenecks and drive GMV growth in overseas markets.

o Personally lead the global deployment of complex AI systems (e.g., AIGC

content compliance engines, multilingual LLM adaptation).

o Ensure products meet data privacy standards in the EU and US

(GDPR/CCPA), achieving leadership in technology, compliance, and user

experience.

4. Executive Collaboration & Ecosystem Empowerment

o Serve as the CEO’s technical advisor; deeply involved in negotiating AI

solutions for global strategic clients (e.g., co-developing industry-specific

models with partners like OpenAI or Mistral).

o Lead the premium positioning of technical solutions.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science/AI from a global Top 100 university;

fluent in English for work.

• 5+ years of full-stack AI technical management experience (from algorithm

development to engineering deployment to business outcomes).

• Led AI product systems with over 10 million DAUs; background in automotive AI

systems is a plus.

• 3+ years of technical management experience, with a proven track record of

managing cross-time-zone teams of 50+ people.

• Demonstrated success in scaling AI technologies in marketing or cross-border

scenarios (must provide verifiable performance metrics).
