Chinese Cook

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese takeaway food as directed, ensuring the highest quality is maintained.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Plan menus and analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items based on food, labor, and overhead costs.
• Order or requisition food and other necessary supplies.
• Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.
• Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Manage the kitchen in the absence of the manager.

• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
