About the opportunity

We are looking for a Circular Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Transport team based in Hamilton. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, working 7am till 3.30pm.

Your key responsibilities will include the following;

• Receive, process, and relocate crates into and around the Waikato

• Reconcile and dispatch of crates, including processing all necessary documentation through SAP, including loading credits and returns

• Using a forklift to help load and unload trucks bringing in produce from the growers and other T&G Fresh customers.

• Assist with transport and market customers orders

• Maintain communication with transport teams for unloading and loading trucks with Growers product for distribution.

About you

Alongside having great interpersonal skills and being willing to get stuck in, you will also have the following skills and attributes:

• 
  Basic to intermediate computer skills - ideally SAP knowledge, Outlook and some Excel experience

• Advanced forklift experience, an OSH certificate is an advantage

• Great commination skills, both written and verbal

• Team player attitude

• Physical strength to move crates

• Good geographic knowledge of New Zealand

• Ideally experience in a warehouse / distribution / logistics environment

• Customer focus and engagement.
