Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Computing Technology Industry Associating (CompTIA A+) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional;
• At least 3 years’ experience in:
• Working in an ICT CIS environment;
• Supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.

Duties/role:

• Installing, maintaining, and operating the full range of computing, printing and network devices required to deliver systems and services for customer office automation;
• Installing and configuring COTS software on networked and standalone workstations for use;
• Installing and configuring client software on workstations.
