Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Claims Executiveto join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate with insurance companies for motor accident and repair claims
• Handle end-to-end liability / quantum of all types of motor insurance claims processing (Uninsured losses & Direct Settlement)
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claim documents accurately
• Track claim status and regularly update operations team and customers
• Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures
• Resolve claim-related issues, discrepancies, or rejections
• Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and settlements in claims shared platforms
• Maintain good relationships with insurance representatives and surveyors
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely claim processing
• Any other ad-hoc duties

About you

• Minimum NITEC in Office Skills or relevant field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Comfortable with learning new systems
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers in verbal and written
• Good customer service skills, administrative skills & interpersonal skills
• Patience, Meticulous, Customer-Oriented Mindset
• Ability to work as part of team that exhibits a constructive & collaborative working environment characterized by diversity & tolerance
