About the Role
Ray Foundation Group is expanding its reach and impact across Western Australia — and we’re looking for a motivated Client Engagement & Business Development Coordinator to help us connect, grow, and make a difference.
This hybrid role combines relationship management, business growth, and client experience coordination. You’ll act as the link between our participants, referral partners, and service teams—ensuring every interaction reflects our mission of empowering people to live beyond limits.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Lead new client onboarding and intake, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and referrers.
- Respond to enquiries and feedback to support client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Ray Foundation Group at community events, expos, and stakeholder forums.
- Support the Support Coordination and Behaviour Support teams with communication and client updates.
Business Development
- Identify and nurture referral pathways with support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations.
- Maintain a CRM of leads, partnerships, and engagement outcomes.
- Prepare partnership proposals, service brochures, and presentations.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility across the Perth Metro area.
- Work closely with management on growth and partnership strategies.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Maintain accurate records, service agreements, and client documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and outreach activities.
- Compile regular reports on client engagement and business development metrics.
- Contribute to process improvement and service quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client engagement, business development, or community liaison (preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confident using CRM systems (NDISuccess, ShiftCare, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Driver’s Licence.
Highly Desirable:
- Previous experience working as an NDIS Planner, Local Area Coordinator (LAC), or Support Coordinator.
- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Allied Health, or Community Services.
- Experience representing an organisation at community or industry events.
