We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster Commercial Coordinator to oversee our two DoubleTree by Hilton properties in the CBD, based in Perth, on a part-time basis. Responsibilities

• Support the Cluster Commercial Team to achieve and surpass their annual revenue targets

• Create and interpret reports, working closely with your team and the relevant Hotel Managers

• Work diligently with numbers and show strong comprehension of the sales environment

• Monitor competitive hotel sales strategies and promotions, and communicate this information with your team

• Utilise Delphi software, entering pertinent information on a regular basis

• Participate in daily sales meetings with your team

• Partake in hotel promotional activities

About You:

• Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

• Commercially savvy with a knack for efficiency, bringing sound judgement and hands-on experience supporting commercial reporting.

• A natural organiser with a sunny attitude, strong relationship skills, and a love for making Excel work its magic.

• Always looking sharp with the passion about creating wow-worthy service experiences, every guest, every time
