Location: GTA (Multiple Locations)
Shifts Available: Straight Days OR Straight Afternoon Shift
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently hiring CNC Machinists with experience operating Multi-Axis CNC Lathes or Swiss-Type Lathes equipped with live tooling. You’ll be responsible for setup, operation, and producing precision metal components to tight tolerances. Ideal for someone with experience on Doosan Puma SMX, Star, Citizen, Tsugami, or similar multi-axis equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC multi-axis lathes and/or Swiss lathes with live tooling
• Perform tool changes, offsets, feeds/speeds adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and machining drawings
• Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, etc.
• Work with stainless, alloys, aluminum, and precision parts
• Maintain safe and organized work area, follow company quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience (multi-axis or Swiss Lathe preferred)
• Experience with live tooling (Doosan Puma SMX experience)
• Strong ability to read & interpret blueprints and tolerances
• Comfortable performing setups and adjustments independently
• Familiar with standard measurement/inspection tools
