The Collaboration Technology Team at Snowflake is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our growing team within the ET Operations organization. This is a 3-6 month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining cutting-edge audio-visual and collaboration technology across a global enterprise. This role will leverage AI tools to streamline processes, build workflows, and automate tasks. The internship will report to the Manager of Collaboration Technology and work alongside the existing global team.

WHAT WE EXPECT :

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship

  • Desired Class Level: Currently a junior or senior in college, or a recent graduate

  • Desired majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Media Communications, or a related field

  • Start Date: May 11, May 26th or June 22

  • End Date: July 31st, Aug 14th, Aug 28th, or Sept 4th.

  • Basic understanding of audio and video components, signal types, cables, and signal flow is preferred

  • Work with a high degree of integrity and accountability

  • Results oriented, leveraging data and feedback

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Calm and focused during technical issues

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and documentation

  • Strong collaboration skills and works well with others

  • High level of customer service and professionalism

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Possibility for travel within North America, up to 15%

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :

  • Gain exposure to supporting high profile spaces like our Customer Experience Center, SVAI Hub, All Hands Space, and Boardroom

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities within the AV space

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS:

  • Assist in the support and maintenance of Snowflake’s Audio/Video tools—both physical hardware and software/SaaS

  • Build workflows, automations, dashboards, and more using the latest AI tools

  • Perform software updates, hardware refreshes, and advanced maintenance of AV systems

  • Provide support for company events, including company all hands and executive meetings

  • Assist in the evaluation of new technology and proof-of-concepts

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $31.00 - $35.00 per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
