Commercial Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in various settings, including commercial spaces, with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have previous custodial or cleaning experience and take pride in ensuring spaces are spotless and well-maintained.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
• Dispose of trash and replenish supplies as needed
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients or staff

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
