About Gravitiq

Gravitiq is an e-commerce company based in the United Kingdom. We're at the forefront of the health and wellness revolution and beyond, strategically leveraging digital transformation across diverse consumer sectors like supplements, beauty, and health products. As the world increasingly embraces online channels, we empower businesses with cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategies to achieve scalable and efficient growth.

About Grace & Stella

Grace & Stella is a fast-growing, vegan skincare brand under Gravitiq, selling across major retail accounts including Walmart, Costco, Target, Sam's Club, Boots UK, and CVS — as well as Amazon US/UK/Canada, our own D2C sites, and an expanding TikTok Shop presence. We are at an inflection point: landing new retail doors, expanding into Canada, building out the UK, and diversifying beyond our core eye patch franchise.

Who we are looking for:

Put your skills to work helping a fast-growing consumer brand, reporting directly to the SVP Commercial, to build and maintain the reporting systems and analysis that power our commercial decisions. Retail focus is the heart of this role — you will own the data that drives our store-level strategy, buyer relationships, category positioning, and promotional investment. You will also get your hands on a wide variety of channel data across Amazon, D2C, and TikTok Shop, and be tasked with finding the commercial insights that actually move the business.

This is a lean, high-output commercial team. You will have direct access to leadership, more learning opportunities than equivalent roles at larger companies, and the genuine ability to shape how we use data as we grow. Additionally, you will work across a wide variety of functions to roll out new reporting workflows and processes as we expand accounts and markets.

If you also have skills or experience with Power Query or VBA, we would love to hear about it — there is scope to develop and automate our reporting infrastructure in those areas too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail trading report — store, region, and item-level analysis with performance drivers and editorial commentary, not just numbers, maintained weekly across all accounts (Walmart US/CA, Costco US/CA, Target, Sam's Club, Boots UK, CVS, Loblaws)
  • KPI tracker — build and own a monthly cross-channel KPI framework covering all markets (US, UK, Canada) and all channels (retail, Amazon, D2C, TikTok Shop) for total business visibility
  • New item scorecard — track ACV gains, early velocity versus benchmark, and numeric and weighted distribution gaps by account for every new retail launch
  • Category intelligence — MULO share and insights using Nielsen/SPINS/Bizer, 4Ps analysis (Price, Placement, Product, Promotion), basket and shopper behaviour analysis, and structured category storytelling for buyer meetings
  • Promotional planning and ROI — build pre-event volume and spend forecasts for all retail activations, then deliver post-event ROI analysis for every TPR, seasonal event, and deal week
  • Retailer P&Ls — build and maintain account-level P&Ls across all retail accounts, with chargeback tracking and trade spend as a percentage of revenue by account
  • Demand signal process — feed retailer sell-through trends into the supply plan ahead of stock-outs; bridge the commercial and supply chain teams with forward-looking demand data
  • Broker performance scorecard — structured reporting on distribution gains, OOS rates, and field performance across Walmart, Costco, Loblaws, and Sam's Club
  • Retailer inventory analysis — monitor inventory levels across all accounts, flag OOS risk and ageing stock, and support standardisation of retailer inventory snapshot formats
  • Brand refresh and reformulation support — provide the data infrastructure and analysis to support management of the Retail execution of brand refresh project, coordinating inputs across supply chain and retailer inventory and sales data.
  • Consumer and shopper insights — bring together retailer ecomm and in-store data to surface insights and actions that grow the business, including planogram and shelf presence tracking via Field Agent store audits
  • Reporting system improvement — roll out and customise reporting templates to new areas of the business; improve and automate existing workflows using Excel, Power Query, or VBA where applicable
  • Using the latest AI models and tools to accelerate dashboard development, automate data analysis workflows, interrogate datasets, and generate commercial insights and narratives at pace.

What you’ll bring into the table:

  • A genuine love of data, commercial analysis, and making reporting systems work better than they did yesterday
  • 2–4 years in a commercial, retail, or e-commerce analytics role — ideally within FMCG, beauty, or CPG
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills — P&L models, promotional forecasting, multi-tab trackers, and pivot-based reporting should feel natural
  • Experience using the latest AI models and tools to drive efficiency, capacity and generate insights at pace
  • Familiarity with portal queries — ex, Nielsen, Walmart Supplier One, Retail Link, or equivalent
  • Clear written and verbal communication — able to translate data into insight and tell a commercial story, not just produce tables
  • Comfortable working remotely and across US, UK, and Canada market contexts
  • Optional: experience with Power Query and/or VBA — if you have used these, please mention them in your application; if you do not have them yet, we will train you
  • Optional: experience with Nielsen, SPINS, or MULO syndicated data — category, basket, and shopper analysis
  • Optional: familiarity with 4Ps commercial frameworks, shelf compliance, and planogram tracking
  • Optional: knowledge of Amazon channel analytics — TACOS, CVR, BSR, deal mechanics — and attribution tools such as Levanta or Creator Connection
  • Optional: experience with broker performance management and field sales reporting
  • Optional: exposure to EDI systems such as SPS Commerce, or retailer PIM platforms
  • Optional: experience with Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, or D2C Shopify reporting
  • Optional: Understanding of distribution metrics — ACV, numeric and weighted distribution, and velocity benchmarks
  • Optional: Strong grasp of promotional planning and trade spend management in a retail environment

Why You'll Love Working Here:
