Intel CDL is recruiting experienced CDL-A OTR solo drivers who want high miles, strong weekly pay, and fast onboarding.
We operate exclusively with direct-shipper reefer freight, keeping drivers moving every week with no broker slowdowns.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Long-haul OTR reefer freight (nationwide coverage)
• 3,200–4,000 miles weekly
• 100% no-touch freight
• Direct customer loads only
• Professional dispatch focused on efficiency

PAY STRUCTUREBase Pay

• $.65 CPM on all miles (loaded + empty)
• Typical weekly earnings $2,000–$2,600+

Monthly Bonus – Up to $.05 CPM Additional

Earn up to $.70 CPM every month by meeting 5 performance categories:

• Safety compliance
• Productivity/mileage
• Communication
• Paperwork accuracy
• Company performance

Drivers who qualify earn $2,400–$2,800+ weekly.

EQUIPMENT

Assigned 2021–2024 Freightliner & Volvo tractors
All units include:

• Refrigerator
• Inverter
• APU
• No slip seating

Equipment is serviced through certified shops for maximum uptime.

HOME TIME / SCHEDULING

• Standard OTR rotation: 3 weeks out
• Pre-planned return loads
• Stable lanes and predictable routing

ONBOARDING

• Same-day approval for qualified drivers
• $150 orientation pay
• Hotel/travel provided if needed
• Quick processing → fast dispatch

REQUIREMENTS

• Active CDL-A
• 2 years recent OTR
• 6 months reefer experience preferred
• Solid work history
• Clean driving background
• Strong communication
