Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. This role is instrumental in evaluating and supporting commercial real estate transactions through data-driven insights, market analysis, and financial modeling. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to support leasing, sales, and investment decisions, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all aspects of analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in commercial real estate.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support property valuations, leasing strategies, and investment proposals.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and investment returns to evaluate the performance of real estate assets.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and senior management.
• Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to provide data and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the commercial real estate market, regulations, and economic factors impacting the industry.
• Utilize software tools and platforms to manage property data, track transactions, and generate analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
